Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency

varies. Standard carrier rates apply to all SMS

messages sent and received.

Opt-Out Instructions:

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply STOP

to any message from us. You will receive one final

confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

To resume messages, reply START at any time.

All mortgage services are subject to lender approval and

are not guaranteed. Pre-approvals and rate holds are

subject to the terms and conditions of individual lenders

and may expire. Final mortgage approval is at the sole

discretion of the lender.

4. COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE

In most residential mortgage transactions, Neven Vincic

is compensated by the lender upon successful mortgage

funding. This compensation does not affect the rate or

terms offered to you by the lender.

In certain transactions — including some alternative

lending and private mortgage arrangements — a broker fee

payable by the client may apply. Any such fee will be

fully disclosed in writing before any application is

submitted or any commitment is made.
